You have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements:
✔ Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with tags/packaging
✔ Proof of purchase (order receipt/invoice) required
✖ Perishable goods (food) & personal care items (beauty products) cannot be returned
✖ Sale items or gift cards are final sale

- A return shipping label
- Instructions for package return
- Unsolicited returns will not be accepted
Damaged/Incorrect Items?
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours if:
- Item arrives damaged
- You receive a wrong product
- Include photos/videos as evidence
Refund Process
- We inspect returns upon receipt
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Timeline:
- Refund approval: 1-3 business days
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days
- Note: Refunds are ONLY guaranteed for damaged/incorrect items. Other returns evaluated case-by-case.
Exchanges
We recommend:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order once return is accepted. (Faster than traditional exchanges)
