Ingredients: 1 cup moringa powder, 3 tbsp chana dal, 3 tbsp urad dal, 5-6 red chillies, 2 tbsp coriander seeds, 2 tsp black peppercorns, 2 tsp cumin seeds, pinch of hing, 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste.

Method: Dry roast dals, chillies, coriander seeds, peppercorns, and cumin on medium-low for 4-5 minutes. Let cool, grind to fine powder. Mix in moringa powder and salt. Store in airtight container for up to 3-4 months. Use as a side for rice, idli, or dosa.
