Ingredients: 6 cups water, 1/2 cup dried hibiscus petals, cinnamon stick, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, sweetener. Method: Boil water with spices and hibiscus petals for 3–5 minutes. Steep 10–15 minutes, strain, sweeten, and chill. Serve over ice for a tart, aromatic summer drink.
